ISHRS Membership Dues
Invoices for dues renewals are mailed to ISHRS members in mid-November. Renewal payments are due January 1st of the membership dues year
The following fees will be assessed for 2012 if paid by January 1, 2012:
Physician Members: $600
Adjunct Members: $600
Resident Members: $185
Surgical Assistant Members: $125
Emeritus Members: $0
Any ISHRS member whose dues are unpaid by February 28, shall cease to be a member in good standing, and shall lose all rights and privileges of membership until the delinquency is satisfied.
