Hi.....I personally think that both are equally responsible for hair loss because sometimes what happens if a particular person having two or more diseases that are inter-related to hair so when hair expert gives medicines according to that then one of the medicine may gives rise to result like hair loss.So in this case you immediately need to consult a Doctor.So here i would like to suggest one doctor i.e. D.J.Verret.
